How to Find Us

It can be challenging to find our driveway off State Route 45.

From State College: It's 1.8 miles past the Y with 350, on the right.

From Spruce Creek: It's just past the turnoff for Camp Kanesatake, on the left after the bridge.

Hours

Aside from events, visits to Colerain Forges Mansion are by appointment only. Tours can be scheduled for the first two Sundays of each month from May to October. Tickets in advance are preferred but walk-ins are accepted. For questions, send a message to tours@coleraincenter.org.

Sweetgum Band

Come out to historic Colerain Forges Mansion on Aug. 23 for bluegrass from Sweetgum Band! 🎶 Based locally, the trio of Gwen Stimely (banjo and vocals), Steve "Buck" Buckalew (guitar, fiddle and vocals), and Bill Stetz (bass) are known for their harmony-driven original tunes. All proceeds from the outdoor show will support the historical preservation of the mansion. Bring lawn chairs or blankets, snacks if you want, and enjoy a relaxing summer afternoon of sweet music!
